Gabrielle Tayac honored with Faculty Civic Excellence Award

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is proud to honor Gabrielle Tayac with the 2022 Faculty Civic Excellence Award. 

Tayac is a public historian, curator, and community engaged scholar committed to empowering Indigenous perspectives. Tayac is currently an associate professor of public history in the Department of History and Art History at George Mason University.
