Balch Library Talk: Spatializing Black Stories in Loudoun

In this hybrid talk from the Black History Committee of the Friends of the Thomas Balch Library, in Leesburg, Va., Annabelle Spencer and Shemika Curvey will present untold stories and counter-narratives of historically marginalized communities. The presentation is based on original digital, geospatial and local archival research conducted through the Center for Mason Legacies under the leadership of Dr. Wendi Manuel-Scott and CML Director Dr. George Oberle.
